Exchange or Return of Goods for Food Items

Due to the perishable nature of food items such as mangoes, litchis, and other fruits and vegetables, we do not accept exchanges or returns unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. If you receive a product that is spoiled, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery to arrange for a replacement or refund. Be sure to include your order number and photos of the issue to help us process your request efficiently.

For non-perishable items such as food grains, millets, and other similar products, we offer exchanges or returns under the following conditions:
