Refund and Cancellation Policy
VillKart allows its customers to return faulty products, damaged products, and mistake in order or mismatch in size. Upon creating a return request and returning any item in its original form of packing, tags, bills and condition which allows the customer to with VillKart within a 7-10days return guarantee. VillKart allows a full refund on a return and bears the cost of delivery, though the delivery cost is to be borne by the customer. And even customer can cancel their order any time before the product/item reaches the customer’s delivery destination.
Exchanges
VillKart only replaces items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, then you need to contact our customer care service.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs and for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refunded amount.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary from places to places.
